Apply as a freshman if you are (or will soon be) a high school graduate who has never enrolled at a college or university (don’t count college classes you may have taken in high school). We must receive your complete application (your admission application and all required materials) by November 1 if you wish to be considered for most university merit scholarships.

And while not required, we strongly recommend meeting the November 1 deadline if you wish to be considered for Honors and Scholars Programs, the Morrill Scholarship Program, and College of Engineering majors.

For the evidence-based reading and writing section, 50% of students admitted to Ohio State University scored between 590 and 690, while 25% scored below 590 and 25% scored above 690.

On the math section, 50% of admitted students scored between 650 and 760, while 25% scored below 650 and 25% scored above 760.
