This is an optional course that Frankfinn offers to all those students who wish to gain practical experience of the duties of a cabin crew while flying in an aircraft.Frankfinn has tied up with notable Indian airline company ‘Air India’ who will facilitate this simulated program.
Students are trained on basic flight safety protocols, emergency routines and handling passengers onboard.
They are taught about the different parts and functions of a commercial aircraft, and also about essential flight-related tasks such as embarkation and disembarkation procedures as well as onboard meal service techniques.
The topics covered in this course include handling guest arrivals along with check-in, checkouts, and modes of payment settlements.
Students will also be trained on a popular and versatile hotel management software that is used by companies worldwide.
As the name suggests, the main purpose of this course is to further improve a student’s pronunciation, intonation and fluency in the use of the English language.
The course is highly interactive and trains the student in the skills of public speaking, group discussions required for clearing the interviews.Topics that are covered in this subject include basic grammar knowledge, greetings and farewells, and the various details involved in making appointments or coming to a mutual conclusion on certain topics.Since each lesson in this course is extremely interactive, students are able to constantly practice their language skills and also learn about key aspects of correct and effective communication.This course teaches the skills required by the staff working in the Air Travel – Reservation and Ticketing domain.This course trains the students on details of how an airport functions including ticket reservations, check-in, cargo, and fare constructions.The course instills in them great confidence and makes them true leaders.The importance of complementary characteristics and participating in team-building activities are also discussed in detail.Students are also made aware of what makes customer service exemplary.This course equips them with the skill sets to deal with ease even the difficult customers successfully.Enrolling in this program is a great way to prepare for the challenges that may come up during an actual flight.“To become one of the top five companies in the Aviation and Entertainment Industries.
